Complete heating installation and full property re-plumb for a five-bedroom home.

The project involved removing the outdated pipework and installing a completely new oil boiler system, hot water cylinder and upgraded heating controls. We also carried out a full re-plumb throughout the property to modernise the system and improve efficiency. Working closely with the homeowner over the course of the project, we ensured everything was completed to a high standard with clear communication throughout. The result is a modern, efficient heating and plumbing system designed to serve the property reliably for years to come.

Redesigned an existing bathroom into a practical, modern layout with minimal disruption.

This bathroom refurbishment involved removing an existing suite and redesigning the space to create a more practical and modern layout. We installed new pipework, fitted a walk-in shower, vanity unit and modern fixtures, ensuring all plumbing was upgraded during the process. The project was completed with minimal disruption to the household and finished with careful attention to detail. The customer now has a functional, stylish bathroom built to last.

Replaced an oil boiler with an air source heat pump for efficient, lower-carbon heating.

As part of a move towards renewable heating, we installed an air source heat pump system in replacement for an oil boiler, for a local homeowner looking to reduce energy usage. The installation included system design, new controls, upgraded radiators and full commissioning. The new system provides efficient, lower-carbon heating while maintaining comfort throughout the property. We are seeing increasing demand for renewable systems such as air and ground source heat pumps as homeowners look to future-proof their properties.
